Job summary

The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in Stevenage is seeking an Event Manager to plan and deliver both in-person and virtual events, including conferences, exhibitions, dinners and webinars. You will manage budgets, oversee Health and Safety, risk assessments, and coordinate with volunteers and suppliers to ensure a flawless attendee experience.

Qualifications

• Experienced event professional with a proven track record in planning and delivering in-person and virtual events.
• Strong budgeting, negotiation, and cost-control skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
