Neat is seeking a Director, HRBP for EMEA and APAC who will be the primary strategic HR partner to senior leadership across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, including leaders with global teams. Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior HRBP leader (10+ years) advising executives on org design and leadership development.
• Strong business acumen used to shape decisions beyond HR mechanics.
• Experience in startup and global organizations across multiple countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR business partner to senior leaders across EMEA and APAC, building trust as a strategic advisor.
• Collaborate with the CHRO on elevating the strategic and operational maturity of the People function.
• Directly manage and coach HRBPs in Europe, building a scalable operating model for EMEA and APAC.
• Identify gaps in regional and global people processes, partnering with external legal and advisory resources to navigate multi-jurisdictional complexity.
