Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our global HR systems team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will help maintain data accuracy, ensure compliance, and develop analytics across a multinational organisation.

As Global HR Assistant, you will resolve queries, support SOX controls, and contribute to reporting that informs leadership decisions. This role combines systems administration with data analysis and requires proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience using HR systems; Workday is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook/Teams).
• Strong Excel data manipulation and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HR systems queries with the HRIS team and IT partners.
• Maintain data integrity, security and SOX compliance controls.
• Assist with analyzing HR data and producing management information and insights.
• Manage the HR systems admin mailbox with timely, accurate responses.
• Continuously look for ways to improve data collection, reporting and processes.
