HRLife is looking for an HR Operations Manager for an initial 7-month FTC to cover leave. You will be responsible for developing global standards, frameworks, and processes across HR operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance. Collaboration with global HR teams will be essential to support governance frameworks and escalated employee lifecycle issues.
Additionally, you will oversee operational aspects of new country setups and support the global HRIS implementation.
