Job summary

Cohere is hiring a People Project Manager to join the HR PMO and drive a portfolio of HR programs, products, and initiatives at global scale. This is a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment where you will bring order to chaos, build workflows, and ship critical initiatives across distributed teams.

You’ll manage programs from idea to delivery, coordinating with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other functions worldwide. The role is remote, with an emphasis on delivering impact globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management in a fast-moving, high-growth organization.
• Excellent project manager with ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from start to finish.
• Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail and systems for managing work.
• Bias for action: build plans, create structure, and ship outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR programs and initiatives across Cohere's global HR roadmap.
• Build plans, milestones, workstreams, and clear ownership across teams.
• Coordinate across HR, Finance, Legal, IT and other functions to deliver projects.
• Drive governance: decisions, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Create repeatable workflows and tools to enable HR at scale.
