Job summary

DEEP Manufacturing is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to join our growing SME in Avonmouth, Bristol. You will support the HR Manager across the employee lifecycle and handle end-to-end payroll for UK and US staff, both salaried and hourly.

In this hands-on role you’ll maintain GDPR-compliant records, manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, timesheets, and payroll reporting, while helping drive process improvements and ensure accurate, timely pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration for UK and US.
• HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across UK and US operations.
• Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR records and GDPR compliance.
• Support absence and benefits administration.
• Produce HR reports and analytics.
