Job summary

OAG Aviation Worldwide is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to blend hands-on operational delivery with business partnering. You will be a visible, trusted contact for managers across OAG, coaching them through policy and employee relations while guiding teams with confidence.

Reporting to the Head of P&C Operations, you will keep core processes running worldwide, spotting issues early and shaping better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in or with international organisation supplying employees across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers as their first point of P&C contact, coaching and advising on policies, procedures and employment matters.
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees across all locations to ensure a consistent employee experience worldwide.
• Support employee relations casework with documentation, meetings, fair process and records.
• Deliver core P&C operational processes globally including onboarding, offboarding, contract administration and lifecycle changes.
• Maintain accurate employee data across P&C systems and ensure GDPR compliance across jurisdictions.
• Contribute to P&C projects and policy updates based on manager feedback and experience.
• Travel regularly between UK (Luton/London) and Lithuania to apply consistent processes across cultures.
