Job summary

Two Circles in London is seeking an HR Administrator to join our People Operations team. You will manage HRIS records, generate routine reports, and support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.

You will also administer global benefits programs, assist with policy implementation, and collaborate with Talent and Performance teams to drive engagement across regions while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday or BambooHR
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
