Formación

• Significant experience in senior strategy consulting within global health and/or health research sectors.
• Experience delivering in LMIC contexts in Africa, South or South East Asia.
• Proven track record managing senior professionals and leading high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Owns Strategy department content, capability and delivery.
• Leads capability agenda and Strategy Integration function.
• Ensures global strategy and impact measures are embedded into program strategies across the organisation to drive impact.
• Supports strategic projects and departmental priorities set by the Strategy Leadership Team.
