Wellcome is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy to provide strategic content leadership, delivering on the mandate of the Strategy department. You will lead the capability agenda, Strategy Integration, and ensure global strategy and impact measures are embedded across programs to drive impact.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage cross-organisational strategic projects, and advance a coherent strategy while navigating complex, large-scale or global organisational contexts.

Competenze

• Significant experience of senior strategy consulting within global health and/or health research sector.
• Experience operating at or advising senior leadership level with the credibility to engage effectively without relying on formal authority.
• Proven track record of managing senior professionals and leading high-performing teams.
• Deep familiarity with the global health landscape.

Mansioni

• Ensure Wellcome’s global strategy and impact measures are embedded into program strategies across the organisation to drive impact.
