Job summary

VIRTUS Data Centres is seeking a Health and Safety Management Systems Lead to drive governance, documentation and incident reporting across the UK, Germany and Italy. You will shape policies, coordinate audits and lead continuous improvement in safety performance.

The role requires strong experience in document control, analytics and stakeholder management, with NEBOSH and IOSH familiarity. Based across operational sites with international collaboration, you'll enable safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of health and safety management systems, governance and assurance.
• Experience establishing and maintaining document control arrangements.
• Experience managing incident reporting systems and producing performance reports.
• Confident in meeting management, agenda planning and minute taking.
• Knowledge of incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the health and safety management system aligned to obligations.
• Manage end-to-end document control for health and safety documentation.
• Develop guidance, forms and templates for consistent implementation.
• Coordinate incident reporting framework and analytics.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.
• Support governance calendars and meeting materials.
