Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Scotland seeks an Executive Director to lead the International Private Bank Operations regulatory reporting agenda, driving operational rigor and continuous improvement. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely reporting, strengthen controls, and foster accountability and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Banking Operations teams with focus on regulatory reporting (Private Banking/Wealth Management).
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for regulatory reporting and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks (MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, etc.).
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of IPB Operations leadership, guiding regulatory reporting and operations strategy.
• Develop and execute a forward-looking regulatory reporting strategy aligned with local obligations and global objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end regulatory reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
