Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Project Manager to lead FRTB implementation and other regulatory initiatives within the Corporate & Investment Bank Finance team.

You will coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and timely financial reporting. The role offers exposure to external reporting, regulatory filings, and oversight of the CIB balance sheet, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Finance organization with project management responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong project management skills, including organization, time management, and problem solving.
• Advanced Excel and computer skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse functions, locations, and project teams.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and financial statements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and support reporting activities.
• Knowledge of control procedures and regulatory standards.
• Team player with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate FRTB implementation and other regulatory projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
• Apply current product, industry, and regulatory knowledge to project work, especially regarding FRTB and related initiatives.
• Assess project issues, outcomes, and impacts on financial reporting.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to business lines and management, proactively flagging potential issues.
• Establish and maintain relationships with project teams, business partners, and regulatory agency constituents.
• Participate in the production, review, and filing of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports with regulatory agencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to project control, data quality, and reporting processes.
• Ensure adherence to control procedures and edit checks for project and reporting deliverables.
• Support oversight of internal management reporting and monitoring of the CIB balance sheet.
• Champion compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
