  • Partner with leaders across functions to align capabilities with evolving scientific and business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships
  • Act as the primary liaison between statistical programming and key stakeholders in Clinical, Regulatory, and Data Science teams.
  • Ensure collaboration and alignment within and outside PD-DSA, supporting program and enterprise goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry requirements, reviewing submissions and interacting with agencies as needed.
  • Represent Roche in collaborations, regulatory interactions, and industry forums.
Technical Statistical Programming Excellence
  • Serve as the point of contact for programming activities, methodologies, processes, and systems.
  • Implement and maintain programming standards, quality control, and compliance measures.
  • Advise on high-quality deliverables, including data standardization, analyses, and submission packages.
  • Promote multilingual programming and advanced solutions to enhance workflows and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with CDISC standards and regulatory requirements.
Talent Development
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team of statistical programmers.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
