Job summary

Based in London, the Head of Regulatory at Lorum will lead regulatory strategy, licensing, product development, and market expansion across multiple jurisdictions. This strategic, hands-on role partners with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product and Commercial teams to translate complex requirements into practical decisions.

You will advise senior leadership, maintain a global licensing framework, monitor regulatory developments, and coordinate submissions with external advisers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial-services regulation.
• Experience advising on products, market entry, licensing and strategic regulatory matters.
• A track record developing licensing strategies and leading complex authorisation processes.
• Practical understanding of governance, safeguarding or custody, capital and liquidity, outsourcing, operational resilience and financial-crime controls.
• Ability to assess and compare regulatory regimes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Clear and persuasive communication, including producing executive-, Board-, regulator-facing materials.
