Job summary

Fortescue Zero, a leader in advanced engineering and electrification, seeks a strategic procurement leader to shape the contracts and sourcing landscape for a fast-growing technology business. You will build capability, lead a global team and influence how parts and services are sourced and delivered to product and programme teams.

The role requires hands-on commercial judgment, with a proven ability to drive cost, quality, delivery and governance improvements while scaling the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, or related functions.
• Experience building or transforming procurement capability in growth environments.
• Strong track record of complex supplier negotiations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fortescue Zero's global procurement function and strategy.
• Develop and execute sourcing, category and supplier strategies.
• Direct key supplier relationships and major commercial negotiations.
• Oversee governance, cost, quality, delivery and risk across programmes.
• Drive procurement systems and analytics for better decision making.
• Provide executive-level procurement leadership to support growth.
