Job summary

GSK is seeking a Head of Oncology Clinical Development - ADCs to lead end-to-end strategic clinical development for MOA-focused assets across multiple tumor types. The role requires cross-functional leadership, governance oversight, and external engagement to inform asset strategy and portfolio decisions.

The position emphasizes translational science, innovative trial design incl. AI/ML, and accountability for asset-level strategy, governance, and execution in a complex global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Senior clinical and scientific leadership across early- and late-phase oncology.
• Experience leading MOA-focused multi-tumor asset development.
• Proven ability to operate at portfolio level with governance accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the clinical development strategy for asset across multiple tumor types.
• Provide oversight across asset program including progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Represent the Oncology Clinical Development org at governance forums and external engagements.
• Lead scientific advisory boards and external engagements to inform asset strategy.
