Job summary

VetPlus Limited, a global leader in veterinary nutraceuticals, seeks a Head of Marketing to lead its international marketing function from its Preston/Blackpool area base. You will shape and deliver strategies that boost brand visibility, commercial growth, and customer engagement across multiple markets.

You will lead a talented team and collaborate with senior stakeholders, subsidiaries and distributors worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Proven track record developing and delivering successful online and offline marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to demonstrate marketing ROI.
• Digital marketing expertise with a strong understanding of modern marketing platforms, analytics and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire the global marketing team.
• Drive the delivery of VetPlus' global marketing strategy across international markets.
• Oversee the in-house design team and ensure the delivery of high quality creative assets.
• Establish clear marketing ROI benchmarks and maximise return on investment across all activities.
• Champion global brand consistency across all channels, subsidiaries and distributor networks.
• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media and PR channels.
• Lead the company's PR and communications strategy in key markets.
• Oversee events and exhibitions, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and aligned with objectives.
• Oversee website development, social media activity and digital communications, including GEO initiatives.
