Job summary

Trimont is seeking an Executive Managing Director, International Business Development to spearhead revenue growth across the UK, Europe and APAC. You will shape regional growth strategies, expand institutional relationships, and work with the CRO and Head of International to strengthen Trimont’s standing as a premier servicing and asset management partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 13+ years of experience in business development or related financial services leadership.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of UK and European CRE markets and networks; APAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive international revenue growth across the UK, Europe and APAC through new business development, client expansion and retention.
• Cultivate relationships with lenders, investors, advisers, bankers, and other CRE stakeholders.
• Identify decision-makers, convert relationships into mandates, and manage client accounts.
• Lead pitches, RFP responses and negotiations for new mandates with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and client materials to strengthen brand awareness.
• Provide senior leadership on complex client and loan management matters to safeguard relationships.
