Job summary

Trimont Europe Limited is seeking an Associate Director-Credit Administration EMEA to manage a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate loans from drawdown to redemption. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain robust processes, timely communication, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with lenders and borrowers, reviewing finance documents, and ensuring accurate borrower reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of loan servicing experience in finance, real estate or related field.
• Solid analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel ability.
• Strong organisational and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while prioritising deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European CRE loans where Trimont acts as Facility/ Security Agent.
• Work with in-house legal and external counsel on finance documents from loan closing through life of loan.
• Create financial models and diarise conditions, milestones, and borrower reporting per finance documents.
• Liaise with borrowers and representatives to ensure timely reporting under finance documents.
• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers and lawyers on redemptions, restructures, amendments and waivers.
• Process transfers, set up waterfalls, and review back-office calculations.
• Liaise with monitors, borrowers and lenders on drawdowns and lender splits.
