Job summary

Trimont, a leading global commercial real estate loan services provider, seeks an Associate Director-Credit Administration for the EMEA region. Based in London with hybrid work, you will manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European CRE loans, coordinating with legal teams and lenders to ensure accurate servicing and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in loan servicing, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of loan servicing experience in finance, real estate or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities; ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European CRE loans where Trimont acts as Facility/ Security Agent.
• Review relevant finance documents with internal Legal team and external counsel through loan life.
• Create financial models, diarise conditions subsequent, milestones and borrower reporting as per finance documents.
• Liaise with borrowers and representatives to ensure timely reporting under finance documents.
