Job summary

Neko Health is seeking a Global Head of Facilities to own and elevate the standard of our physical spaces across markets. You will define strategy, build scalable playbooks, and lead a network of regional leaders to deliver consistent, premium environments that reinforce our brand and patient experience.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance programs while driving operational rigor and technology-enabled performance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in facilities management across premium locations.
• Experience in premium retail or luxury brands where facilities reflect brand equity.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and building systems.
• Commitment to high-quality physical environments and sustainability.
• Strong commercial acumen with large budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Experience with facilities platforms and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define global facilities strategy and standards across markets.
• Lead regional Facilities Managers and establish governance.
• Oversee global vendor relationships and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and healthcare requirements.
• Own the global facilities budget and KPIs, and report to COO.
