Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking a Head of Group Architecture to lead the enterprise-wide architecture across platforms, data, workflow, integration and AI-enabled capability. The role requires leadership of multinational transformation programmes and governance across markets.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate commercial ambitions into technology roadmaps, drive standards, and develop global architectural capability to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-market transformation programmes.
• 10-15+ years in leadership roles with enterprise-wide accountability.
• Demonstrable experience shaping and governing architecture across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group architectural transformation of Knight Frank to a coherent, enterprise architecture.
• Define, own and govern the global architecture across platforms, data, workflow, identity and AI-enabled capability.
• Shape and drive architectural standards, principles and guardrails for global consistency and long-term value.
• Provide architectural leadership across major transformation programmes ensuring alignment with global architecture and outcomes.
• Partner with senior business leaders to translate commercial ambition into technology roadmaps.
• Lead and mature the global architecture community, developing Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects.
• Oversee architectural governance, ensuring vendor proposals and designs meet global standards and reduce technical debt.
• Drive simplification and rationalisation across the estate, ensuring scalable and resilient platforms.
