Intact Insurance is seeking an experienced DevOps leader to own the DevOps and Automation Platform Services function. You will guide globally distributed teams, shape tooling and CI/CD strategy, and ensure secure, scalable, and reliable platforms central to our technology transformation.
You will drive automation, optimise platform performance, manage governance, and collaborate with architects and portfolio teams to align technology with business needs.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading DevOps engineering, tooling, automation or platform delivery.
- Proven track record of managing globally distributed DevOps teams.
- Strong understanding of Azure and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-cloud or multi-tenant platforms.
Responsabilités
- Define and execute DevOps, CI/CD, automation and tooling strategy and roadmap.
- Lead globally distributed teams across UK & India, shaping engineering culture.
- Oversee platform performance, security, compliance and lifecycle management.
- Drive automation, process improvements and adoption of best practices.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of programmes, releases and governance.
- Manage vendor performance and third-party delivery.
