Job summary

Wipro is seeking a senior leader to drive a major DevOps transformation for a large insurance client. The role covers strategy, operations and governance of a multi-cloud environment, with accountability for modernization and automation initiatives.

You will shepherd cross-functional teams, manage key supplier relationships, and ensure delivery outcomes align with business priorities, risk controls, and regulatory standards across a complex technology estate.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in DevOps, Cloud Operations or Platform Engineering.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of Agile, CI/CD, SRE and cloud operating models.
• Experience budgeting and resource planning for technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DevOps and Cloud Operations for a large enterprise environment.
• Own and evolve the DevOps operating model across internal and supplier teams.
• Drive service excellence: availability, reliability, security and performance.
• Define and execute strategic DevOps initiatives including automation and cloud adoption.
• Governance, service management processes and performance metrics.
