Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a senior leader to define the global Alpha Data Operations strategy, drive service performance, and govern data integrity across regions and clients. You will act as the final escalation point for data, client, and production issues, coordinating cross-functional remediation and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience within investment operations, data operations, asset servicing, or front-to-back investment platforms.
• Experience leading global, multi-location organisations and transforming operating models.
• Deep experience in regulated financial services with accountability for operational risk, controls, audits, and regulatory engagement.
• Strong understanding of trading, data governance, reconciliations, client reporting, and downstream reporting platforms.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-organisational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Alpha Data Operations strategy and operating model across regions and client segments.
• Own global service performance, data readiness, and production reliability for regulatory and client reporting.
• Act as executive sponsor and escalation point for material client, data and production issues and coordinate cross-functional remediation.
• Lead transformation efforts including automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve scale, efficiency, and control.
• Build and lead a global leadership team with clear objectives and succession planning.
