Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior leader to head Alpha Data Operations, accountable for global strategy, operating model, performance, and control across regions and clients. You will drive data integrity, production readiness, and service delivery with executive visibility.

You will partner with senior leaders across product, technology, risk and compliance to transform the operating model, strengthen governance, and ensure resilient outcomes in a complex, regulated financial services

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in investment operations, data operations, or asset servicing with global scale.
• Proven ability to lead multi-location organisations and manage strategic change.
• Deep experience in regulated financial services, including risk, controls, and audits.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back investment operations and data governance.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-organisational decisions.
• Commercial and strategic judgement balancing client outcomes, risk, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Alpha Data Operations strategy across regions and client segments.
• Own global service performance and data readiness for CRIMS trading, client and regulatory reporting.
• Act as executive sponsor and escalation point for material client, data, and production issues.
• Establish partnerships with senior leaders to anticipate demand and improve resilience and growth.
• Set global standards for client reporting, governance, and performance reporting.
• Lead end-to-end Alpha operations for a cohesive model with clear roles and no duplication.
• Collaborate with ADS on service product, operating model, and delivery measurement.
