Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Group Head of Data and AI to lead the enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy across the group. Reporting to the CIO, you will shape the roadmap, enable data-driven decision making, and drive value across schools and operations.

You will build advanced analytics capabilities, govern data, ensure responsible AI, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes using Azure, Power BI, Fabric, Databricks, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification with significant leadership in data/AI.
• Experience leading enterprise data, analytics, or AI in large organisations.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Strong data governance, compliance, and responsible AI knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering data/AI roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

• Shaping and executing Nord Anglia's enterprise Data & AI strategy.
• Unlocking value from data and AI to improve performance and experience.
• Building analytics capabilities to support decision-making.
