Job summary

Waystone is seeking a senior Relationship Management leader to oversee direct and indirect client coverage across AS business. You will drive account plans, profitability reviews, and cross-sell initiatives while acting as escalation point for key clients and sponsors.

To succeed you will bring 15+ years in investment funds, fund administration experience, and strong client-facing presentation skills, complemented by stakeholder management and strategic thinking in a global, regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in an investment funds environment.
• Fund administration experience vital.
• Client facing background with presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage directly assigned clients and oversee coverage of AS clients regionally and globally.
• Develop Account Plans and identify commercial cross-sell opportunities with RM teams.
• Act as escalation point and sponsor for administration clients, investment managers, and sponsors.
• Drive KPI monitoring, service standards, and a best-in-class client service culture.
• Collaborate with global head, product and ops to relay client feedback internally.
