• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
• At least 12 years in business development with strategic planning exposure.
• At least 8 years in sales team management.
• Experience setting sales targets and goals to drive growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence senior managers across global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior commercial growth leader for Biologics within the Advanced Medicines Division, accountable for new business acquisition and global territory expansion.
• Act as a primary ambassador for Fujifilm Biotechnologies with executive stakeholders across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology ecosystem.
• Align cross-functional teams around integrated, data-driven growth plans.
• Define strategy to prospect and secure new CDMO business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities; drive expansion in new and existing markets.
• Develop territory expansion plans and align regional trends with global objectives.
• Maintain pipelines and deliver insights and clear business development strategies to executive leadership.
• Represent Fujifilm Biotechnologies at industry events to generate qualified opportunities.
• Lead negotiations to manage scope and ensure contractual compliance.
• Capture customer feedback to inform future solutions and offerings.
• Collaborate with legal and commercial solutions to meet customer needs and company objectives.
• Partner with sales, product, and marketing to design cohesive go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate with demand planning to ensure manufacturing readiness for pipeline needs.
