Job summary

Citymapper Ads, part of Via, is seeking a Head of Sales to scale the advertising business globally and own end-to-end commercial strategy. You will lead a lean sales team while staying closely involved in major deals, clients, and markets.

You will develop direct and programmatic buying ecosystems, manage agency and brand partnerships, and drive growth across core markets with ownership и autonomy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital media sales or ad tech leadership.
• Experience selling to brands and agencies in direct and programmatic ecosystems (SSPs).
• Strong forecasting, reporting, and strategic recommendation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial strategy for Citymapper Ads across the UK, France, and the US.
• Lead and grow a lean sales team while managing key deals and senior client relationships.
• Build direct and programmatic presence with agencies, brands, resellers, and SSPs.
