Job summary

Ingenico is seeking a Launch Lead to define and deliver go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology to ensure readiness and successful market adoption across global markets.

The role requires strong program management, excellent communication across diverse teams and a track record of delivering complex launches on time. You will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the GTM function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in complex portfolio, program, and project implementations.
• Strong grasp of B2B sales and commercial processes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and collaborate for common outcomes.
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional, global teams.
• Superior communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptable, analytical, and solution-oriented with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global product launch process from concept to sales readiness.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans and internal readiness.
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines for launches.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, support, sales, and supply chain teams.
• Develop sales training materials to support new products.
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings and provide updates.
• Oversee pre-launch marketing to post-launch support.
• Identify risks with product managers and mitigate delays.
• Foster continuous improvement within the GTM team.
