Job summary

VML, a global creative company, is seeking an experienced Optimisation Principal to lead experimentation-led growth initiatives for our key global clients. You will define data-driven growth strategies, champion a culture of continuous testing and learning, and align initiatives with client objectives.

You will integrate modern tech stacks across analytics suites, CMSs, CDPs and personalisation engines, partner with senior stakeholders, manage cross‑regional programs, and drive measurable ROI

• Define and deploy scalable Experimentation-Led Growth frameworks tailored to client objectives.

• Act as principal advisor for global optimisation activities with senior client stakeholders.
• Deliver executive performance reporting and ROI-focused recommendations.
• Oversee program operations, resources, timelines, and budgets.
