Job summary

M&K Group is seeking an International Business Development Manager to lead growth across the UK and international markets from their Northern Ireland base. The role combines strategic development with hands-on leadership of the UK sales team to secure major projects and expand distributor networks.

The successful candidate will travel extensively, engage senior decision-makers and drive profitable growth for a rapidly expanding international engineering business in the recycling equipment

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or commercial leadership.
• Experience managing and developing sales teams.
• Ability to create and execute growth strategies.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Experience developing new markets and customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally.
• Full UK driving licence.
