Job summary

IG Group, a FTSE 100 fintech, is seeking a Group Reporting Manager in London. You will own the month-end close, multi-currency consolidation, and group financial statements while coordinating with Finance teams in Kraków and London.

Ideal candidates will have IFRS expertise, 4+ years PQE, and experience with group consolidation systems. This hybrid role offers a challenging environment and opportunities to influence Group reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified with ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Strong post-qualification experience (4+ years).
• Experience in group month-end close and consolidation.
• Hands-on consolidation under IFRS, multi-currency."
• Experience with group consolidation systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and consolidation for the Group.
• Manage interim and year-end reporting processes and group financial statements.
• Lead internal stakeholder management across international teams.
• Prepare FMI pack and monthly cash flow analysis.
• Drive process improvements with Finance Systems and regional controllers.
• Support external auditors and various Group reporting projects.
