Spectris, a leader in precision instrumentation, seeks a Group Product Manager to own the Particle Analyzer portfolio and drive long-term strategy and market differentiation. You will align R&D, Commercial, Applications, Operations, and regional teams to deliver customer-focused innovations with strong P&L ownership.

The role requires strategic vision, senior leadership experience in scientific instrumentation, and the ability to influence global stakeholders across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant scientific discipline.
• Significant experience in product management within scientific instrumentation.
• Proven experience managing global product portfolios with substantial commercial responsibility.
• Strong understanding of market-driven product management and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for the Particle Analyzer portfolio.
• Drive portfolio decisions on new product development and lifecycle management.
• Own portfolio performance and support P&L management.
• Define product requirements and market needs for R&D.
• Collaborate with regional teams on go-to-market strategies and launches.
