You will translate market needs into compelling roadmaps and coordinate with R&D, Commercial, Applications, Operations, and regional teams to drive innovation and growth. Reporting to the GM/VP, you will own strategy, lifecycle decisions, pricing frameworks, and value propositions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management within scientific instrumentation or high-tech industries.
• Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and investment cases.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with forecasting and portfolio performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop the long-term strategic roadmap for the Particle Analyzer portfolio.
• Define portfolio priorities from customer insights, market trends, and business goals.
• Drive product development, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization.
• Own portfolio performance and support P&L with leadership.
