Almac Group seeks a Group Manager – Digital Transformation to lead a global team delivering digital products and solutions across Clinical Services. You will oversee business analysis, product delivery, and readiness, ensuring business needs translate into value-adding solutions and operational improvements.

The role requires proven leadership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the UK or hold a valid work permit.
• BA (Hons) degree or equivalent, or substantial experience in product/solution delivery.
• Proven leadership through direct line management or mentoring and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Business Analysts and Business Support Analysts across Clinical Services.
• Translate business needs into high-quality digital solutions delivering measurable value.
• Manage performance, development, and resource plans aligned to roadmaps.
