Job summary

Equifind is supporting one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers and is hiring a Group Financial Controller. The role covers broad financial and regulatory reporting for the group and requires collaboration with senior management across regions.

The successful candidate will lead a small finance team, own month‑end and board reporting, manage budgeting and forecasting, and drive process automation and controls.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years PQE experience in finance roles.
• Experience across US/APAC regions.
• Ability to lead a team of qualified accountants and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and board reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for group entities.
• Lead month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, and management reporting.
• Prepare board packs and communicate risks, opportunities and cash outlook to senior management.
• Own the statutory audit process and internal control framework across the group.
• Drive automation of financial workflows and data visualisation.
