SRTT MARINE TRADING & SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Group Financial Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury and compliance for entities in Singapore, UAE, Hong Kong and India.

You will collaborate with senior management, finance teams and external advisers to deliver accurate reporting and strong controls across the Group. The role covers intercompany accounting, group consolidation, cash management and tax compliance, with leadership of finance staff and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration.
10+ years in accounting/financial management with senior responsibility.
Experience in group reporting, intercompany accounts and multicurrency transactions.
Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, audit and tax compliance.
Proficiency with Xero or similar ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
Experience leading finance teams and coordinating with banks, auditors and management.
High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations across Group companies, including payroll and ledgers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and consolidated group reports.
Manage intercompany transactions and related-party balances with documentation.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, funding, multi-currency transactions and FX exposure.
Coordinate banking relationships, payments and trade finance within limits.
Lead budgeting, forecasts, cash-flow projections and variance analysis.
Provide profitability and cost analyses to support decisions.
Establish controls, policies and month/year-end closing processes.
Coordinate audits and regulatory/tax filings across jurisdictions.
Lead finance personnel and liaise with external accounting service providers.
