Job summary

Totalmobile Ltd. in Belfast is seeking a hands-on Group Finance Manager to lead month-end across group entities, support consolidated reporting and strengthen controls in a growing, international SaaS/tech-focused group.

You will work closely with the Financial Controller, oversee payroll-related reporting over time and drive improvements in process and data visibility across the finance function.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification required.
• Strong grounding in technical accounting and financial controls.
• Hands-on experience running month-end within an industry environment.
• Experience with management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Exposure to group or multi-entity accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP/finance systems.
• Track record of spotting inefficient processes and improving them.
• Confidence to work with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Big Four or leading practice background would be attractive.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end activities across multiple group entities.
• Prepare and review management accounts, journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls and audit trails as the business scales.
• Support cash flow and working capital reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A and other areas to improve financial visibility.
• Assist with annual audit requirements and respond to audit queries.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve reporting.
• Contribute to future finance systems and transformation projects.
• Over time, take oversight of payroll controls, reporting and reconciliations.
