Job summary

Whittard of Chelsea is seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager (FTC) to join our Finance team at the Milton Park offices. You will own the AP and AR function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and excellent stakeholder service in a hybrid working environment.

In this role you will manage supplier payments, customer accounts and month-end activities, driving process improvements and providing insight to financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with stakeholders
• Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Manage supplier payments, customer accounts and cash allocation
• Review reconciliations and resolve account queries
• Support month-end activities and provide reporting/insight
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls across AP/AR
