Qualifications

• Proven experience in ecommerce, fashion, or retail.
• Ability to manage financial operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical skills to simplify complex financial data.

Responsabilités

• Lead finance operations across UK, EU, and US entities.
• Own monthly management accounts and budgeting.
• Manage cashflow, working capital, and FX risk.
• Oversee indirect tax compliance and corporate filings.
• Build performance dashboards for real-time insights.
• Partner with leadership for decision-making support.
• Lead year-end statutory accounts and audits.
• Improve processes and automation, particularly in Xero.
• Mentor a Finance Assistant for transactional accuracy.
