Job summary

Amazon is seeking a strategic Supply Chain Manager to own the long-term EU perishable distribution plan. You will define multi-year growth pathways for distribution centers, sourcing topology and last-mile design across international markets, balancing customer experience and cost efficiency.

Based in the WWGST Perishable Distribution Strategy team, you will build models, align stakeholders across regions, and translate demand into investment decisions in a space still being developed.

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in supply chain.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the international perishable distribution strategy end-to-end - from problem definition through leadership alignment and execution planning.
• Build complex network models to evaluate topology options, capacity timing, and CapEx trade-offs across multiple international markets.
• Partner with NA program owners to determine which capabilities transfer to international and which require local adaptation.
• Drive goal alignment with technology teams to secure engineering resources for international programs.
• Develop and present strategy documents to VP-level leadership, translating ambiguous opportunities into clear investment decisions.
• Work autonomously across time zones and organizations to understand local market constraints, regulatory requirements, and banner-specific needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively - particularly around resourcing windows, technology dependencies, and timeline misalignment between regions.
