TAQAR CONSULTING CO. L.L.C is seeking a Game Commercialization Manager to design, optimize, and scale monetization strategies for global game products. You will lead revenue model development, pricing optimization, and data-driven experimentation across markets.

You will collaborate with product, operations and BI teams to implement diverse monetization scenarios, monitor key metrics, and continuously refine strategies to maximize growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in game monetization or related product roles.
• Leadership or management experience in monetization teams.
• Strong understanding of iGaming or high-monetization game business models.
• Solid knowledge of revenue metrics, pricing frameworks, and segmentation models.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with experimental design.
• Professional proficiency in English and Chinese for cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize game revenue models, pricing, and in-game item systems.
• Monitor monetization metrics such as conversion rates, ARPU, and LTV.
• Optimize pricing, bundles, and promotions based on data insights.
• Collaborate with product, operations and BI to implement monetization scenarios.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to propose monetization approaches.
• Establish monetization testing frameworks including A/B experiments.
• Evaluate promotional effectiveness and refine monetization strategies.
