Job summary

Apex Group, established in Bermuda and now a global fund administrator, seeks a junior fund accounting professional to support statutory and NAV processes. You will liaise with clients, assist auditors, and help prepare accounts and tax returns across client portfolios.

The role requires 1–2 years’ accounting experience, ACCA qualification or part-qualification, and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid work arrangement and international mobility are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting experience; fund industry preferred.
• ACCA qualified or partly qualified.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of fund accounting software preferred.
• Excellent time and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
• Hard worker willing to put in extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients as required.
• Deal and attend to clients’ inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare statutory and periodic accounts of the clients.
• Prepare statutory tax returns of the clients.
• Liaise with the independent auditors of the clients.
• Prepare bank transfers for client companies.
• Prepare subscriptions and redemption files for client companies.
• Assist in the preparation of NAV files for client companies.
• Attend to regulatory and compliance issues.
• Provide such assistance to your supervisors and colleagues as may be required from time to time.
