1st Executive is seeking a seasoned logistics professional in the United Kingdom to manage end-to-end international shipping operations across sea, air, and road. You will lead global freight movements, liaise with ports, and optimise routes to ensure timely delivery for high-profile events.

The role requires 5–7 years of proven experience in international shipping, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record in coordinating complex multimodal shipments for global tours or large-scale events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in international shipping management.
• Experience with multimodal shipping (sea, air, road) and global events is highly advantageous.
• Deep regulatory knowledge of international maritime shipping practices and customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global freight and asset movement across end-to-end multimodal shipping lifecycles.
• Act as the primary operational lead and engage with port authorities to optimise routes and manage freight budgets.
• Plan vessel stowage and coordinate port operations and scheduling.
• Own dockside standard operating procedures and ensure cargo securing and sea-fastening.
• Ensure compliance with customs and international shipping regulations.
