Job summary

WatchHouse is seeking a Senior Franchise Manager to lead the Franchise Operations function and drive mobilisation, performance and governance across the global franchise network. You will own partner satisfaction, compliance and the development of the Franchise Operations Team, reporting to Growth & Business Development Director.

You will recruit and develop the team, establish scorecards and KPIs, and ensure on-time openings and operational excellence as WatchHouse expands internationally.

Qualifications

• The Senior Franchise Operations Manager leads the Franchise Operations function, owning mobilisation, support and performance of the global franchise network.
• Accountable for franchise partner satisfaction, governance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Franchise Operations Team.
• Establish KPIs, scorecards and performance expectations.
• Build a scalable franchise support function and operational strategy.
• Own mobilisation framework and governance for new openings.
