Job summary

JJ SEARCH LIMITED is seeking a Financial Planning Operations Manager to shape and lead offshore financial planning operations. You will direct Paraplanning Team Leaders, drive process improvements, and build scalable SOPs across two teams to deliver high-quality support.

You will coach team leaders, manage offshore colleagues, and partner with UK stakeholders to optimize service delivery and performance. Significant experience in Financial Planning operations and SOP implementation is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Financial Planning operations in a management role.
• Proven experience managing managers, Team Leaders or equivalent leadership roles.
• Strong track record of developing, implementing and embedding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Deep understanding of Financial Planning workflows and operational processes.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed or offshore teams is beneficial.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Direct the leadership of Paraplanning Team Leaders and influence senior stakeholders.
• Create structure and scalable operating procedures for Financial Planning operations.
• Coach Team Leaders and improve performance across two teams (13 staff).
• Develop, document and continuously improve SOPs and quality frameworks.
• Use MI and data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and drive service delivery improvements.
