Job summary

Infor’s Global Professional Services (GPS) seeks a VP, Finance & Operations in Farnborough to lead FP&A across GPS and oversee operational infrastructure for a global consulting organization. This role partners with GPS senior leadership to drive financial clarity and strategic decisions in a complex services business.

Responsibilities include owning the planning cycle, performance reporting, and optimizing billing, revenue recognition, and headcount planning while leading distributed FP&A and

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A experience within professional services or technology services.
• Experience supporting or leading a services business with P&L drivers: utilization, backlog, revenue recognition.
• Strong financial modeling skills for multi-product, multi-geography delivery models.
• Proven ability to partner with operational leaders to drive financial outcomes.
• MBA/CPA is a plus; Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Own GPS financial planning cycle including annual plans, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Lead performance reporting and translate data into actionable insights for execs.
• Oversee back-office operations, billing, and PSA/ERP system optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, HR, IT, and product to enable data-driven decisions.
• Partner with leadership on headcount and resource planning; support governance.
